Shipping

All orders ship via USPS. Rates have increased so I apologize for the higher costs.

International shipping is available with some exceptions as long as USPS can ship there. Costs will be pretty expensive (~25-35+ USD), sorry about that. Unfortunately I cannot ship to the EU (or places with GPSR) or the UK. I am also not responsible for any import or customs duties. 

Orders will ship every 5-8 business days - I'm just one person handling everything and I appreciate your patience.

Once mailed, estimated delivery times are 1-2 weeks within the US, and anywhere from 3-6+ weeks (or possibly more) outside the US. I can't guarantee that orders will arrive before any specific date, especially for international shipping.

Please note: I've had some trouble with shipping/tracking emails getting sent out in the past. Hopefully I've fixed it but feel free to also reach out and I can let you know if I've shipped your package.

Shop Policies

All products are final sale. Once orders have been shipped, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

I'm not responsible for items once they're shipped. Damaged or lost items are unfortunately out of my control, though please be patient as orders (especially international ones) may take a while to arrive due to many factors.

That being said, if you're concerned about your order, you can reach out & I'll see what options there might be. I will most likely not be able to refund shipping fees though.
